PilotLog is a subscription service, and payments can be made monthly or annually by credit card or PayPal. Payments will be made automatically each month or year from your account, unless the subscription is cancelled.

Cancelled Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled for a number of reasons, including expired credit cards, security reviews, and others. A cancelled subscription is not a problem, and all you need to do is set up a new subscription payment using the account menu option in PilotLog.

Unable to use card or PayPal?

Sometimes, there may be a reason that a credit card or PayPal cannot be used for subscriptions. We can accept manual payments for annual accounts only. Because of the extra processing required for manual payments, we cannot currently accept these for monthly payments. Alternative payment options are detailed on the Subscription page, accessed via the Account menu in PilotLog.
