Colour Code
PilotLog uses colours to show different types of data.

Grey text indicates provisional data. This is intended for future flights, for example imported rosters. Provisional data is not included in your hours totals. To mark a flight as confirmed, simply edit it and ensure that the 'provisional' option is set to 'no'. Future flights are marked as provisional automatically and it is not possible to override this.

Text on a red background indicates a warning. This usually means an unrecognised aircraft registration or airport, and is also used to warn of expired requirements or flying limitations exceedences.

Text on a yellow background indicates a warning. If an airport name is valid but matches multiple possible airports, it will appear in yellow. Yellow is also used as a warning of an approaching expiry, or hours close to exceeding a limitation.

Text on a green background indicates data entered by a user, and not yet validated. This could be an aircraft or airport, and may have been entered by yourself or someone else. If you notice an error in this data, you can edit the entry if you entered it yourself, or let us know and we can edit it for you.
