Importing Rosters
If your employer is one of our supported airlines, you can import your roster into PilotLog, and download a calendar file containing all your duties to load into a calendar program such as iCal, Outlook or Google Calendar.
If the correct airline is not displayed, you must first select your airline in the 'Flight Time & Limitations' tab of the
Preferences screen.
Roster Import Errors
If a roster fails to import correctly, please
contact us with a description of the error. Please attach a copy of the roster that failed to import so that we can investigate. Problems do occasionally occur, usually when airlines change the format of a roster slightly, or use new codes that PilotLog is unfamiliar with.
Unsupported Airlines
We are always happy to add new airlines to PilotLog. Please
contact us with your request. To add support, we will need to see copies of your roster in the same format that you receive them (PDF document, saved web page or copied into a text file). Rosters are treated confidentially, and if you prefer not to send a current roster, then a recent expired one is equally useful. If you are able to send several rosters, this makes the program design both easier and more reliable.
