Copying Data
When adding or editing a sequence of flights, simulator details or duties, you can copy information from the preceding flight, detail or duty to save time.Online, instead of typing the information a second time, press F8 on your keyboard to copy the corresponding information from the previous entry. You can use the F6 or F13 key if F8 does not work on your computer (some systems reserve keys for their own functions). If you prefer to use the mouse, there is a small 'C' icon next to each item that can be copied. Click the icon to copy the information.
In our offline programs, the same principle applies, but instead of a separate button, the copy feature is attached to the data label to save screen space. To copy, for example, the PiC name from the previous flight, click the 'PiC' label next to the name text box.
Note that when adding flights, the airports will be automatically swapped over as PilotLog assumes that you will be operating a return flight.
